How many guests do I need?
Florida hibachi parties require at least 10 guests. Send your expected guest count with your date and address so we can check availability.
Is there a travel fee?
The first 20 km are free. Beyond that, the additional distance is charged at $2 per km, with a maximum travel fee of $150. We confirm the applicable distance and fee for your address before you book.
Can I book hibachi at an Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes, subject to the property’s rules and a suitable cooking space. Ask your host or property manager for permission, then send the address and setup photos. We’ll confirm access, parking and any property restrictions with the serving team.
What should I prepare?
Arrange tables, chairs, dinnerware, drinks and lighting for evening events. Send photos of the proposed cooking area so the team can check space and equipment access. We’ll confirm included supplies and discuss any dietary requests before the party.
What happens if rain is expected?
Contact us before the event to discuss the forecast and available options. Any alternate cooking area needs approval from the serving team; weather and rescheduling arrangements are confirmed with your booking.
