Can you cater at my home or backyard?
Yes. Best Hibachi is designed for private events in homes, backyards, and other suitable event locations.

Can I book hibachi for a birthday, wedding, or corporate event?
Yes. We provide hibachi catering for birthdays, weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special events.
What do I need to have ready?
Have tables, chairs, plates, and utensils ready for your guests. We bring the chef, grill, ingredients, and cooking equipment.
How much space do you need?
Set aside about a table-sized area for our grill setup, with room for the chef to work safely. The rest depends on your guest count and seating arrangement. Grass is fine if the ground is level and firm. Not sure about your space? Text us a photo and we’ll help you plan the setup.
What time will the chef arrive?
Our chef arrives about 10 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up. Please have your tables and seating ready before we arrive.
What happens if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, contact us at least one day before your party to arrange a new date.
How do I pay for my party?
You can pay your deposit through Venmo, Zelle, or another payment method we confirm with you when booking. The remaining balance is cash only on the day of your party.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included. We recommend a 20% tip for your chef, but the amount is up to you.
