Invite your favorite people over and let Best Hibachi take care of dinner. Your chef brings the grill and cooks right in front of everyone, so you can pull up a chair, catch up with your friends, and enjoy the show.
How does a mobile hibachi party work?
1. Send us your party plans.
Choose your date and time, then enter your location, guest count, phone number, and email through our booking form.
2. Let’s confirm the details.
Our team will contact you shortly to check availability and go over your menu, setup, and pricing, including any travel fee.
3. Secure your date.
Once everything is confirmed, a small deposit reserves your date and time. You can pay the deposit through Venmo or Zelle. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of your party.
4. Take your seat.
Get your tables and place settings ready. We’ll bring the chef, grill, food, and cooking equipment—and handle dinner while you enjoy your guests.

For our cooking setup, leave a space about the size of one table. The rest depends on your guest count and how you arrange the seating. Grass is fine too.
A backyard, a poolside gathering, or a rented vacation home—send us a photo of your space so we can help you work out the layout. For a rental or private venue, check that the property allows the setup.
What’s on the menu?
Hibachi starts at $55 per adult, with two protein choices, fried rice, and vegetables.
Choose from chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, or tofu. Upgrades and additional protein options are listed on our Menu & Pricing page.
We also offer private sushi catering if sushi is part of your party plans.

How many guests do we need?
Our minimum booking is 10 guests.
How long does the party last?
The hibachi experience typically lasts about 90 minutes.
What happens if rain is forecast?
If rain affects your party plans, contact us at least one day before the event to arrange a reschedule.
Is there a travel fee?
There’s no travel fee near Philadelphia. For other locations, send your ZIP code so we can confirm any travel charge before you book. See our service locations.
How do we pay?
Pay your deposit through Venmo or Zelle after we confirm your booking details. On the day of your party, we accept cash only for the remaining balance.
